    We start by receiving the claim.

    Are they insured? If so, which insurance company do they work with?

        a. Each insurance company has its own procedure, so knowing which company you're dealing with helps us understand how to handle the claim.


    3. Assessing the Damage & Writing the Estimate:


    We’ll carefully assess the damage and write up an estimate.

        - Depending on the client’s preference, either they can submit the claim, or we can handle it and submit it to their insurance company.


    4. Starting the Work:


    Once we hear back from the insurance company, we’ll begin our work. The timeline will depend on how quickly they respond.


    5. Repair Timeline:


    The timeline for repairs will vary depending on the extent of the damage.
